Registration Fees

Participants are strongly recommended to register by Sept 1st, 2017 at Early Bird rates. Please carefully refer to registration guidelines. 

Registration fee includes

Conference materials, welcome cocktail reception, morning and afternoon tea, lunch and conference banquet.

Student Registration

Each student registration must be accompanied by proof of full-time student status (valid student ID card or letter at the time of registration). All student registrations include Conference materials, welcome cocktail reception, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, dinner and conference banquet.

Requirement of Paper Submission

1.In principle, at least one of authors must make a registration by September 15, 2017 in order for their papers to be included in the program and e-Proceedings of ICEPE-ST2017. Papers will not be sent to the IEEE Xplore digital library unless presented by an author.

2.You are eligible to present maximum two papers with the same first author.

Cancellation

Cancellations before 15 September 2017 will refund 50%.
Cancellations after 15 September 2017 will receive no refund.
